Instantiating prefabs - controllers not activating.

NewtonVR and Vive Teleporter
When teleporting longer distances (let's say more than about 1 meter) with the vive teleporter (https://github.com/Flafla2/Vive-Teleporter) the held object is detached and falls down. Why is this and is there a way it can be prevented?

Hello, I was wondering how the interaction point works with each item. Where does the interaction point anchor too? Where does it know where to attach itself too? Is it the centre of the render controller model?
Left or Right Hand?
How can I tell what hand is grabbing an object in code? I'd like to implement seperate interactor objects per object for each hand based on what hand is grabbing it, that way a shield in the left hand faces left, and will face the opposite direction in the other hand.

I'm using vive and I used NVR player in my unity. I realize when the game runs, there are LeftHand[physical] and RightHand[Physical] created under NVRplayer. They are only active when hold button is pressed.
