Instantiating prefabs - controllers not activating.

Hi, firstly I just want to thank you for the hard work on this. It's made my game awesome https://bd2fly.com, can I buy you a beer :)

I recently updated to the latest asset version, I was very pleased to see the Oculus supported. I have been using the git version from some time ago and a lot has changed. In my game the prefab of my player is instantiated and it seems the controllers don't get picked up as they used too. When I activate them manually in editor they turn on.

Any pointers on where to look to get them activating properly or a cause?

Also is Steam VR required any more, what happens when the editor enables the Vive or Oculus settings.

I think I know what is up. When I instantiate the prefab with my controllers it creates another instance of the controllers somehow. All solved on my end.
