Steam vr player position and height not set

hello sir,
I am making race game in steam vr. My editor is uniy3d. in my game player position is set in car sheet. But when i am running game the player position is not set. It will change run time. Also I am trying UnityEngine.XR.InputTracking.disablePositionalTracking = true;
this code in awake method. using this line my player is set but my left and right hand not set .

Head and hands appear on the floor when playing the example scene

I am using NewtonVR with an Oculus CV1 with the hand controllers. Using just the example scene provided with the Unity package, when I run it the VR displays as if my head is at height 0 and my hands slightly below that. The hands track correctly and can interact with objects but I feel that the NVRPlayer is not being positioned correctly on initialization. If I drag the position of the NVRPlayer up so that the mesh robot representation is hovering and then run it, it appears correctly however that doesn't seem like it should be working like that. What step have I missed or is there something misconfigured?

Vive Tracker?

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you have had any luck getting the Vive tracker to work with Newton VR. I am developing a tennis simulator using Unity and I attached the tracker to a tennis racket, however I am having difficulty tracking it. I am using NewtonVR for my physics, and custom colliders for my Newton objects. I know NewtonVR does not have official Vive tracker support as of yet, but it doesn't seem that complicated to set up. If anyone has successfully been able to use a Vive tracker with NewtonVR in Unity, please let me know.

Probably a daft question but...

Okay so I had a steamVR teleport system set up, which allowed me to control where people could teleport to. This now doesn't seem to work. Is there a way to achieve the same with Newton (I'm using Newton inside VRTK).
