Unable to see controllers in NewtonVR Player

I am unable to see my controllers in NVRPlayer. I am running SteamVR 1.2.1 on Unity 5.6.1.
Any ideas on what's causing it?

When I double tap the Vive button, I can see my controller and the blue camera vision. I can also see my controller on the Vive screen, but not in normal playing space.
